Food Truck Interest Form

Interested in being a food vendor at a City of Ramsey event?

We host a variety of community events throughout the year and work to provide attendees with a diverse mix of food and beverage options.

Submission of this form does not guarantee selection for any event. Vendor participation is determined by event needs, space availability, menu variety, and overall fit.

Please note that this list represents current known events only and may be updated periodically as additional opportunities become available.

All food vendors must have proper licensing, including:

• A valid Ramsey Mobile Food Unit License
• All required state and county food licensing
• Proof of insurance as required per event

Vendors are responsible for ensuring all licenses and permits are current prior to participation.

Staff will contact you for scheduling any events that may be a good fit.

Egg-Paw-Looza

Annual "Easter Egg Hunt" at the Dog Park.

• Location: Alpine Park
• Number of Trucks: 1
• Anticipated Attendance: 75–200
• Notes: Brunch-style food and/or warm beverages preferred

Saturday, April 4th | 10am - 1pm | $20 Event Fee

Dash and Dine 5K / Kites and Bites

This is a combination of two events, a 5k race followed by a free, family-fun day at the park.

• Location: Elmcrest Park
• Number of Trucks: 4–6
• Anticipated Attendance: 150–500+
• All 5K runners receive a $10 food voucher
  • Vendors will be reimbursed for vouchers redeemed
  • Anticipated runners: 100–125+
• Notes: Healthy offerings preferred.

Saturday, May 30th | 9am - 2pm | $100 Event Fee

The Waterfront Grand Opening

• Location: The Waterfront
• Number of Trucks: 1–2
• Anticipated Attendance: 500–1,000+
• Vendor Fee: $100
• Notes: Preference for grilled foods and cold treats

Food Truck Wednesdays

Seasonal program for food trucks to serve in the Ramsey Municipal Center south parking lot. All dates, unless otherwise mentioned, will be from 11am to 2pm.

The Waterfront - 2026 Pilot Scheduling

The Waterfront is a new park with a water play area opening July 4, 2026. Parks and Recreation will coordinate food truck scheduling at a designated space with power provided.

Happy Days Festival

Happy Days has a separate application and selection process due to high demand.

• Saturday, September 12, 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Maximum Vendors: 12
• Anticipated Attendance: 3,000-10,000+ (heavily weather dependent)
• Vendor Fee:
  1. $325 (Ramsey residents)
  2. $375 (non-residents)
• Application Deadline: Sunday, May 3 at 11:59 p.m.
  • Selection Notifications: Mid-May

Vendor selection considers menu variety, local presence, uniqueness, and flexibility. Applying does not guarantee selection.

Ramsey Farmers Market

Due to high interest, food vendor participation at the Farmers Market is selective.

• Tuesdays, June 23 – October 6, 3 – 6:30 p.m. at The Draw
• Maximum Food Trucks: 1/week
• Vendor Fee: $50
• Applications open January 5
  • Rolling review with priority through March 1
• Trucks may request up to two dates initially
