Entry Submission

You may submit your entries via email or use the online form below. Submit photos digitally in JPG/JPEG or PNG format. To include more than one photo, click the “Add” button.

When titling your photos, please use the following format: “Last name, first name - Photo Title.”

Contest Rules

• Entrants must live, work, or attend school in Ramsey. City of Ramsey employees and their family members are not eligible to win.
• The original photographer must submit entries. Your submission of the photo is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the image.
• Minor digital enhancements are allowed, but images that have been significantly modified or appear unnatural will be disqualified. Photos that use artificial intelligence will also be disqualified.
• Photos must have been taken within Ramsey city limits in the 2025 calendar year.
• Photos must be appropriate for posting in government publications.
• If identifiable people are in the photograph and it was taken in a non-public space, the photographer is responsible for obtaining permission to use it.
• The City of Ramsey may reproduce photos for City publications, advertising, recreation programs, and/or marketing materials.
• Submissions with professional watermarks or logos will be disqualified.
• Entrants may submit up to fifteen (15) photos.
• Each person may enter once per category. 
• The Committee will categorize the photos based on the above descriptions.

I agree that my photos follow the above rules and I allow the City of Ramsey to publish my photo(s) in City publications, website, and/or social media sites. If there are identifiable people in the photograph and it was taken in a non-public space, it is the responsibility of the photographer to obtain permission to use the photograph. By signing and submitting this form, I confirm I am aware of all contest rules.
